2. Services

Window Doctor SF provides window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services as described on our website or in a quote/estimate provided to you. Specific scope, pricing, and timing for each job will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

• Estimates are provided based on information you supply and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection.
• Appointments may require a deposit, which will be disclosed at time of booking.
• Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or safety conditions.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• We accept credit card, check, ACH.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 10 days and we will address the issue, which may include a re-clean at no additional charge, at our discretion.

6. Liability & Limitations

• We’re covered with $1,000,000 liability insurance, $2,000,000 liability aggregate Additionally bonded for $125,000.
• Window Doctor SF is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects in window seals, screens, hardware, or surfaces that are discovered or worsened during normal cleaning.
• Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, access issues, etc.).

7. Communications & SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number to Window Doctor SF (including via our online booking form), you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to appointment confirmations, scheduling, service updates, and quotes.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
